- Our business is based on referrals from our customers. When you refer a friend to us, we take the time to let you know how much we appreciate what you have done.
- We work as a team. We find that several heads are better than one when shopping for the best loan program for our customers.
- We always attend loan closings. Our customers go to the closing knowing that one of us will be there to address any problem which may arise.
- We believe that getting a new loan is a great time to evaluate one's overall financial picture. Understanding where our customers are financially and where they want to go makes it possible to give the best recommendations.
- When we find a business we really like we add that business to our Business Partners list. These are businesses that we can recommend to our clients without reservation. Our Business Partners often give discounts to our customers.

- Everyone at amc-homeloans has been invited to join the company by our owner Bill Dreischmeier. The main criteria for being asked to join are a demonstrated commitment to putting the customer first. He believes that lending skills can be taught, but people skills cannot.
